Four assessments. One engine.
Each answers a different board-level question. They share a method, a knowledge base and a deliverable standard — so a second engagement builds on the first instead of starting again.
VISTA
Is the move viable?
- Viability
- Integration
- Standardisation
- Transformation
- Adoption
Five dimensions scored on evidence — and the five deliverables they produce.
AEGIS
Is the programme safe?
- Solution Architecture Quality
- Integration Architecture Review
- Programme Governance & Value
- Project Management Quality
- Configuration & Customisation Integrity
- Data Migration & Testing
- Cutover & Deployment Readiness
Seven assurance lenses. Risks, issues and dependencies — named, rated and owned.
ASTRA
Are we ready for AI?
- Ambition & Strategy
- Skills & Capability
- Technology & Infrastructure
- Risk & Governance
- Analytics & Data Foundation
Five dimensions scored on evidence, and a priority matrix that says what to do first.
AURORA
Can we win the work?
- Strategic Fit — should we bid?
- Capability Match — can we deliver?
- Commercial Viability — will it pay?
- Retrieval-grounded drafting
- Your house format, one click
Qualify the bid, then write it — from evidence, in your house format.
The method does not assume a stack.
VISTA, AEGIS, ASTRA and AURORA are assessment methods, not tools bolted to one vendor. The dimensions, the scoring, the provenance discipline and the deliverable standard are the same whatever you run.
What is stack-specific is the corpus behind them — and today ours is deepest, by a distance, on SAP. We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it during your engagement.
- 01ASTRA is stack-independent
It assesses your operation, your data and your organisation — not your ERP. There is nothing to port.
- 02AEGIS is method-neutral
The seven lenses apply to any large platform programme. Our deepest evidence base behind them is SAP.
- 03VISTA is deliberately SAP
It reads the estate itself, object by object. That is only possible with real depth in one platform, and ours is SAP.
- 04Another stack?
Ask. If we cannot yet do it to the standard on this site, we will say so rather than learn on your engagement.
What each one produces
| Service | Question | Core deliverables | Shape |
|---|---|---|---|
| VISTA The ERP estate journey |
Where does our estate stand against the platform change we are being asked to fund, and what would it really take? | Scorecard · assessment report · transformation roadmap · supporting registers (D1–D5) | Five weeks |
| ASTRA AI readiness |
Does AI belong in this business — where, in what order, at what cost? | Readiness dashboard · AI readiness audit report · AI transformation roadmap · use case feasibility register | Four weeks |
| AEGIS Programme assurance |
The reporting says green. Is it? | Programme health scorecard · architecture & programme audit report · go-live readiness certificate · remediation roadmap | Scoped per programme |
| AURORA Proposal intelligence |
Should we bid, and what should the response say? | Scored opportunity position · assembled proposal and bid material · compliance mapping | Ongoing |
Durations are the normal shape of each engagement, not a commitment made before scoping. AEGIS is scoped against the programme rather than run to a fixed calendar.
A readiness assessment that ends in a roadmap nobody can staff is a report.
We would rather tell you the thing is not worth doing than sell you the next phase of it.
Not sure which one applies?
Describe the decision you are trying to make. If none of these is the right instrument, we will say so.
